Payment Method

Currently, for safety and convenience, we prefer to accept Paypal as our main payment method. US dollar is allowed.

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal official payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

Once an order is submitted, it begins designing and processing as quickly as possible. If you want to return and exchange the item, please contact us, we need to verify it is in production or not.

If you need to cancel or replace the product，We will charge an additional fee. Design fee: $2 per order. Material cost: 25% of the original value of the product. Transaction costs:Partial refund: the refund amount*4.4%. Full refund: the refund amount*4.4%+$0.3. (The refund amount refers to the amount of the entire order)

• Cancellation within 0-8 hours, the customer shall afford the transaction fee.
• Cancellation within 8-24 hours, the customer needs to bear the design fee + transaction fee.
• Cancellation more than 24 hours ，the customer needs to bear the design cost + material cost (confirm whether it enters the production link) + transaction fee.
